The Ampathy Foundation.
The Ampathy Foundation was established as a component of the SDG Impact Fund, which is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity and not for profit corporation having its principal office in the city of Cartersville and State of Georgia as described in the Internal Revenue Code Sections 501(c)(3), 509(a)(1), and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).
The Ampathy Foundation serves as a conduit for corporate social responsibility, family foundations & offices, brands and individuals to make tax-deductible contributions which, as a tax-exempt fiscal sponsor, can receive and remit grants on behalf of the contributing individual or organization. Ampathy Foundation funded the Starling Lab at Stanford and USCShoah with several for profit and non partners.
The Ampathy Foundation is a component part of the Charity as defined in Section 1.170A-9(f)(11) of the Income Tax Regulations and nothing in the creation of the Fund affected the status of the Charity as an organization (i) described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code and (ii) which is not a private Charity within the meaning of Section 509(a) of the Code.

The SDG Impact Fund (Tax ID# 46-2368538) is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity as described in the Internal Revenue Code Sections 501 (c)(3), 509 (a)(1), and 170 (b)(1)(A)(vi). All money and property transferred to the SDG Impact Fund, Inc., shall be deemed an irrevocable gift to the charity.
